How do you redeem the gift card?
Book online and enter the gift card code in the "promo code" field — the value on the gift card is deducted from the total. You’re also welcome to email or call before your visit.
How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Can I choose the amount myself?
Yes. You choose the amount in the gift card module, and it can be used on any of our escape rooms.
Can I get a physical gift card?
The gift card is digital: you choose whether it’s emailed to you or straight to the recipient. If you send it to yourself, it’s easy to print and pop in an envelope, if you’d rather give it that way than digitally.
