How old do you have to be?
We don't have a fixed age limit, but the difficulty of our games is targeted at 15+. Our rooms are atmospheric, but not scary. Therefore, younger children can also participate, as long as they are accompanied by adults who can crack the code. the slightly more difficult puzzles and translate the individual English words that may be included.
How many people can be in a room?
There can be a maximum of 6 people in a room/game. If you are a larger group, we recommend “The Professor's Mad Plan”, where it is possible to split into two groups and compete against each other in two identical rooms at the same time.
What languages are used?
How long does it take?
The game itself takes up to 60 minutes. In addition, about 15 minutes should be added for welcome, introduction and rounding off.
How is payment made?
When should you arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and still charge you if it will prevent subsequent guests from starting their game on time.
Should you be sober?
We encourage you to wait until later in the day for the best experience. We reserve the right to refuse guests who are deemed intoxicated.
Is it creepy?
Our rooms are atmospheric, but not creepy, which is why we can recommend them for almost all parties.
Room "I" or "II"?
We have made two copies of our room “The Professor's Mad Plan”. They are exactly the same, but are located in two different rooms. This way, you can book them at the same time and compete against each other if you are a slightly larger group. If you are a group of 6 or fewer people, you can just book one of the rooms. In that case, it does not matter whether you choose “I” or “II”, as they are exactly the same.
Wheelchair
If you are in a wheelchair it can be a bit cramped, but it is doable. We have a lift at the entrance, so stairs are not a problem. There are a few puzzles that can be difficult to complete even in a wheelchair, but then you can join in on the sidelines and still have a good experience or maybe solve another puzzle at the same time.
